AIN’T MISBEHAVIN’ is a finger-snapping, toe-tapping tribute to the music of the 1920’s icon, Fats Waller. It features Waller’s unforgettable songs, such as “This Joint is Jumpin’,” “Honeysuckle Rose,” “I’m Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter,” “I Can’t Give You Anything But Love,” and the title tune. Five mega-talented cast members team up with a seven-member band to bring the music of mid-20th Century America to vivid life. “I couldn’t be happier that Ken Page, a member of the original Broadway cast of AIN’T MISBEHAVIN’, will direct our show,” says Carole W. Nussbaum, Cabrillo Music Theatre’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “Ken will surely get the joint jumpin’ with his talent, knowledge and sheer passion for AIN’ T MISBEHAVIN’.” Cabrillo Music Theatre’s AIN’T MISBEHAVIN’ will heat up the Kavli with all the spirit, movement and sounds of the legendary Fats Waller.
