Superior Twp., MI- After the Center for Disease Control released its new statistics on the number of those living with HIV across the globe, revising their initial estimated count from 39 million to 33 million, author Bradley Fowler, who tested HIV positive fourteen years ago, felt compelled to design a positive communication network for those living with HIV, in hopes of reducing these numbers and reeducating those already living with the virus.
