Olivia and Logo Partner to Reach Lesbian Audience
Lesbian travel and entertainment company, Olivia, and gay television network, Logo, have struck a two year marketing and advertising agreement designed to extend the reach of both companies in the emerging lesbian audience. The new partnership secures Olivia placements and promotions around Logo’s online and broadcast content, including listing Olivia as the exclusive travel sponsor during Logo’s airing of The L Word.

Lesbian travel and entertainment company, Olivia, and gay television network, Logo, have struck a two year marketing and advertising agreement designed to extend the reach of both companies in the emerging lesbian audience.
The new partnership secures Olivia placements and promotions around Logo’s online and broadcast content, including listing Olivia as the exclusive travel sponsor during Logo’s airing of The L Word, which will begin in the summer of 2008. Olivia will also provide sponsorship during future episodes of NewNowNext Music, Logo’s music video series. In addition, Logo will be a featured content provider during several of Olivia’s travel and entertainment events.
"Olivia and Logo share a common vision, to provide a rich entertainment experience that is relevant and reflective of the lesbian community," said Lisa Henderson, general manager of Olivia.
The partnership also extends to the online consumer with content exchange of Olivia.com site features such as video travel blogs with Logo’s lesbian-themed entertainment/media site, AfterEllen.com, for which Olivia will be the exclusive LGBT travel property.
The pact comes as Olivia this year celebrates its 35th anniversary as a premium provider of lesbian products and services.
