(La Jolla, CA) -- Tiger Woods is basking in the glow of victory after outlasting Rocco Mediate in a 19-hole playoff to win the U.S. Open. But, the top golfer in the world says he needs a break because his injured knee is hurting. Huge crowds turned out last year for the return of the PGA Tour to the DC area. Tiger's participation in the inaugural tournament helped swell the gate.
Tiger Woods is asked if he will play in Bethesda in the AT&T National over July 4th weekend.
